Michael Arduino and Joseph Wright, co-owners of MasterCraft, are lifelong friends from Springfield Township, Montgomery County. Both attended Springfield High School as well as LaSalle University.

Mike now has a home in Montogeryville where he has lived for 10 years with his wife Adrienne and son Brian, currently a sophomore at Bloomsburg University. He has worked in family owned construction businesses in various jobs througout his life.

Joe has lived in Harleysville for the last seven years. His daughter Brianne is in the tenth grade at Quakertown H.S. He served in the United States Marine Corps for 10 years, attaining the rank of Gunnery Sergeant, and worked in the Combat Engineer field, where he obtained his construction experience, as well as a recruiter in Lansdale.

In 2000, Mike and Joe decided to combine their construction and remodeling experiences and formed MasterCraft Remodeling and Renovations. The company was started on the premise of hard work, integrity and craftmanship which is still there main focus today.
